| 1 | Annexure-AO&M of Mini Mega:-The contractor shall Operate & Maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply safe drinking water taking supply hour as 8.00 hour/day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any type of defect arise within 24 hrs of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department . The contractor shall operate & maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & technical specification mentioned in Section- 5. |
| 2 | Annexure-BPainting of StructureSupplying all labour, T&P etc. and Scraping old paint and silt of container with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Finishing walls with Plastic Emulsion paint / water proof weather coat with primer with primer of approved shade two coats including cost of paints, primer and labour etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
