Name of Work:- Modification of HOT to EOT at GK (North) BPS in Greater Kailash Constituency AC-50.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Dismantling of old damaged Hand Operated Travelling (HOT) Crane, disconnecting from girder, by cutting old rusted nut bolts using gas cutter, tools, tackles, ladders, scaffolding and manpower. Arrangement of heavy material handling equipment, manual Job includes shifting of HOT to EOT crane with ground level & stacking dismantled parts in designated area.
2Supply, installation & commissioning S/G EOT Crane hoist cap- 5T/12mtrs lift with power trolley, CT limit switch on turkey basis complete with control panel, hoisting and travelling with motors, pendent, hooks.
3Repairing of end carriage, wheels & pedestal etc.
4Strengthening and alignment of existing rail structure with fabrication and allied works.
5Motor with brake assembly for long travel automation
6Gear Box assembly for long travel automation
7Flexible Copper Cable 4C X 2.5 sq. mm cable for LT arrangement
8Making electric connections by connecting incoming supply cables from to incomer/MCCB/MCB main panel & connect outgoing cables to respective contractors / starters to the control panel of the EOT
9Limit switch for Long Travel
