Sl. No. Item Description
1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
2Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth. sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lift.
3Consturction of Granular sub base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or curshed stone having CBR > 30 spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rptavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibrtory roller of 80 to 100 Kn static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of specification. For Grading - I (63 to 45 mm )
4Consturction of Granular sub base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or curshed stone having CBR > 30 spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rptavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibrtory roller of 80 to 100 Kn static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of specification. For Grading - II (53 to 22.40 mm )
5Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadan specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accordance to Table no 400-12, 400-13 and as per clause of section 406 of specifications
6Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
7Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with readymixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg / cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix is payable / recoverable separately).
8Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)
9Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fllets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
10Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended foors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

21Providing and fxing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 22Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per equirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to bemeasured for payment).
