| 2 | Decoupling of the existing damaged ASC centrifugal Pump (Clear Water Pump No. - 2 & 3) from the motor, followed by withdrawal of the pump set from the existing base plate using sufficient skilled labour and available hoisting arrangements and placing the dismantled pump at a suitable location as directed by the EIC. |
| 3 | Sealing completely of the delivery (150 mm dia) and suction (200 mm dia) ends of the pipeline by providing properly dimensioned MS end seals, gaskets, sealing compound, nuts & bolts, etc., to ensure uninterrupted operation of the remaining pumps, as directed by the EIC. |
| 4 | Installation of the newly supplied ASC centrifugal pump set [ref. sl. no. 1] on the existing base channel in the pre-prepared slot, including connection of suction and delivery pipelines with the pump nozzles, fixing of coupling arrangements, complete alignment of the installation with motor., including supply of all necessary accessories such as nuts, bolts, washers, GI sheets, etc., up to the satisfaction of the EIC. |
| 5 | Testing & commissioning of the newly installed ASC Pump set [ref. sl. no. 4] by 16 hrs continuous running up to satisfection of EIC. |
| 6 | Relocation of the existing dismantled ASC centrifugal pump [ref. sl. no. 2] from the Clear Water Pump House to another location within the plant campus, including arrangement of sufficient manpower, tools, and tackles, etc., as directed by the EIC. |
