All materials required shall be supplied by the Contractor and the work shall be executed as per terms and condition of DTCN & all construction should be guided by supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineer in Charge .The work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m and residual chlorine of 0.2mg/ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS system . |

| 4 | The contractor shall maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion and official handing over date in a such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hours / day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arising within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from the Department .
