1Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (notexceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides andramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil anddisposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
2Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth includinglevelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding thecost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 gradedstone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
4Dumping stone excluding cost of stones. in Horizontal on level
5Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : A.Foundations, footings, bases for columns.
6Carriage of material by mechanical transport . A. Sand an avg lead of 10 kms.
7B. Stone agg an avg lead of 20 kms.
8C. Cement an avg lead of 185 kms
9Carriage of material by Headload. A. Stone an avg lead of 200 mtrs.
