Name of Work:- Onsite Repair and maintenence of 100MT weighbridge platform structure at Rajhara OCP under Rajhara Area.

1Preparatory works of cutting cum dismantling of iron materials(joist plates,i-cross section beam)
2Cutting of structure,adjustment cum alignment of weighbridge platform and joist as per size.
3Welding of deck plate and joist with complete assembling and fitting.
4Providing and painting primer of deck plate and ancillary metal parts.
5Providing and painting anti corrosion paint of deck plate and ancillary metal parts.
6Providing and fixing of MS Nuts and bolts as per sizes applicable
7Providing and fixing of MS Washers as per sizes applicable
8Providing and fixing of 12mm MS plates for replacing damaged plates(Weight-94.2Kg per sq metre)
9Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 min width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil anddisposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.-All kinds of soil.
10Deployment of heavy duty crane as required.
