Incase of failure on providing sufficient manpower by the contractor , a penalty at the rate of Rs 1000/- for skilled person per day and Rs 600/- for unskilled person per day shall be levied on the contractor in RARs.Necessary transportation, tools,plants, ladders etc including nails, screws,Wooden/Plastic gatta, Washers, teflon tape, brackets,rawel plugs and similar other minor accessories shall be provided by the contractor with out any cost..The payment of the item no 1(a) to1(h) will be done only after entire completion supply and fixing of fittings and with out any damage of existing surface. if any damage during installation the same shall be make good by the contractor with out any extra cost. |
