| 1 | SITC of 8 Meter long Dhanush Design double arm decorative pole made of circular GI pipe of two section (grade YST 210), Bottom section 139.7mm Dia x 3.6mm thick or (+/-5%) or higher & Top section 114.3mm Dia x 3.2mm thick or (+/-5%) or higher and wind speed of 180 km/hr. Pole having decorative base made of Gravity die-cast aluminium of dimenssion (436mm Dia x 602mm Height), 3nos decorative die cast aluminium cone on the middle of the pole with two nos of die cast aluminium decorative element of height 400mm. Dhanush design double arm bracket stem made of GI Pipe 60.3mm Dia x 2.6mm thick or (+/-5%) or higher with artistically curved GI pipe 38.1mm Dia x 2mm thick or(+/-5%) or higher . Pole having pressure die-cast aluminium service door of dimenssion 348mm height x 110mm width shall be provided with the company logo embossed on the bottom of the door and safety rope. The control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 6A SP MCB and 32A Ramanuj stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in / loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. Any other internal cables and connections shall not be covered in the scope of supply. GI mounting plate 300mm Square x 16mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes 48 x 24 to suit M20 x 700mm bolts of grade 4.6 at CC 215. The base plate have a cable entry hole of 70mm for cable in & out. All dimension are within +/- 5% tolerance. After fabrication, entire pole is shot blasted (Inhouse). The pole is coated with pure polyester powder coating (coating thickness 60-80 microns). The Pole shall be finished with Black & Gold Embellishment with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: K-Lite/Jaquar/Homdec/Reytek).N.B;Final design of pole and GA Drawing shall be approved by concerned civil wing(SE/CCE/Competant authority) before execution of the work. |
| 2 | SITC of 150W,110 lm/W or higher LED Pendent light having Extruded aluminium with Spun Aluminium Top housing and coated with zinc rich primer & pure polyester powder coating of Jet Black Finish, UV Stabilized clear Polycarbonate diffuser and suitable for mounting on Ø38mm OD pipe. Luminaries should have dimenssion of Ø634 x 676mm (+/-5%) or higher with CCT-5700K, CRI-≥70, IP-66, IK-08, Lumen maintainance >60,000 burning hours as per L70 B10, Power Factor : >0.95, THD : <10%, Surge Protection : Inbuilt 6KV, external 10 kV Efficiency : >85%, Optical Distribution : Type II/Type III. The lighting manufacturer must have own NABL Approved lab to justify the lumen efficacy, IP-66 protection and other parameters as required by the Engineer-in-Charge.The light fixture shall have 5 years warranty. N.B: LM79,IP 66 ,IK 08 reports of the light fixture from third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab is to be submitted and duly approved from SE(Electrical circle) R&B. Alongwith the above said reports, the LUX design report and Technical data sheet of light are also to be submitted and duly approved from SE(Electrical circle) R&B prior to procurement of material. | 3 | Construction of RCC foundation by using M20 grade RCC and Fe 415 grade reinforcement in the foundation by considering the SBC as 10 T per sq mtr and fixing the 4 nos. fdn bolts in that foundation for installation of pole with street light on that foundation(Details Drawing of the foundation attached). The work shall be excuted as per the direction of EIC.The structural calculation, wind load calculation and civil foundation shall be duly approved by the competent authority from civil wing (SE/CCE/Competant authority)before execution of the work. |
