| 1 | Racking out & drawing out of VCB from HT panel after tripping the VCB manually & keeping the VCB in a workable position inside the room. |
| 2 | Thorough servicing & overhauling of operating mechanism of the VCB. |
| 3 | Cleaning of H.T. spout with dry cotton & CTC/CRC to make dust free after discharging the store charges using earth rod. |
| 4 | Adjustment of all linkage and contact movement of H.T Breaker. |
| 5 | Dismantling the incoming H.T cable joints busbar step by step and overhauling , cleaning of the deposited carbon from the busbar etc. by C.T.C & petrol upto satisfaction of EIC. |
| 6 | Complete checking , cleaning and overhauling of H.T Bus-bar sleevs , tightness of various jumpers and spares etc. |
| 7 | The rotary auxilliary mechanism have to be checked properly & adjustment of all linkage for proper function. |
| 8 | The ON-OFF and charging auxillary trip mechanism should be made to have smooth operation by charging and necessary re-adjustment according to the instruction of EIC. |
| 9 | Removing of pitting from H.T contacts by filing and dry cotton cloth . Cleaning the main V and finger contact including other dismanlted parts with CTC/CRC & hot oil jet. |
| 10 | Removal of damaged surge arrestor and supply, replacement with new one inside the panel as per given sample and direction of EIC. |
| 11 | Tripping test through all relays, primary and secondary current injection tests are to be made at site in presence of EIC. |
| 12 | Contact resistance test , High Voltage testing by rectified AC etc. are to be made at site in presence of EIC. |
| 13 | Rack the VCB into its proper position in the correct manner, engaging a technical expert, and charge the VCB as directed by the EIC. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
