Approved Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as all the conditions specified by the existing ROU entity to be followed without any cost implication for laying of pipeline in the shared ROU. |
| 48 | 4. The pipeline route also passes through Jokai Reserved Forest for about 0.767 Km. There may be restricted ROU in the forest area. | 53 | 9. List of crossings indicating tentative crossing methodology is enclosed as APPENDIX-VIII to PJS in tender document. Bidders are advised to visit the site for actual assessment of various crossings. Payment shall be made as per approved crossing methodology as per relevant SOR item. |
| 54 | 10.In case of change of crossing methodology (as indicated in APPENDIX-VIII to PJS) by EIC, the rates shall be payable as per relevant SOR item.
