3Chequered coloured cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x (20-25) mm thick, machine pressed, factory made, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floor with gray cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.
4M & L for Non-skid coloured durastone ceramic tiles (square/ rectangular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.
5Green/Black granite on shelves 18 to 20 mm thick set jointed with 3.00 kg per sqm neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.
6Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations
7Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L 25 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed
9S& F coloured machine vibro mechenically floated glossy finish interlocking cement paver block,any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 Grade with,topping of cement mixed with imported pigment,colour and shape shall be approved by engr-in-charge.
1075 thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
11Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in Concrete of any description andin any position not otherwisespecifically provided for (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
12Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.Note: Head loading is included for this item , and No separate payment shall be made for it.

14Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.
15M & L for PCC nominal mix M15 (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded coarse stone aggregate as in mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L for spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed
17M & L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints for concrete slab 100 mm deep, filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed

40Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
