Name of Work:- CERTAIN REPAIR / MAINT WORKS TO SEWAGE NETWORK INCLUDING CLEANING, DRAIN, CULVERTS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT MIL STN BHUSAWAL UNDER GE (S) AHILYANAGAR

1M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 with and including demolition of existing brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
2Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
3Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.
4Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc,. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

6Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and as directed.

8Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains or laying of pipe/cables or for shafts, wells cesspits, man holes etc not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth, in any kind of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m all as specified and directed.
9Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick with soils, complete all as specified and as directed.
10Removing excavated soil to distance exc 250m and not exc 500m (beyond 50m catered under item 8 above) and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specfied and as directed.
11M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specfied and as directed.
12M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surfaces channels and drains complete all as specfied and as directed.
13M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, plingth courses, water troughs, haunchings and the like including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specfied and as directed.
14M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar small articles with plain fair faces, set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.
15Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.
16S&F mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all complete all as specified and as directed.
17S&F mild steel TMT bars, 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all complete all as specified and as directed.
18M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/ block work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
19M&L for RCC pipes, 150 mm bore dia, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed with collars in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork and PCC bed concrete shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item.
20M&L for RCC pipes, 200 mm bore dia, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed with collars in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork and PCC bed concrete shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item.
21M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed for 150 mm bore dia drain pipes, any type, including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid & tested complete all as specified and as directed.
22M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed for 200 mm bore dia drain pipes, any type, including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid & tested complete all as specified and as directed.
23Cleaning of sludge from SGSW/ RCC pipe line upto 150 mm dia including from intermediate manholes portion in foul conditions by mechanical means for removing blockage, taking out blocked sludge / debris etc collected in the manholes and from pipe lines & depositing the sludge/debries to excavated pit/area, burried under ground, spreading necessary insecticide where sludge is deposited and covering the same with soil complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) All sludge/debries shall be deposited in nearest pit & covered with soil and necessary disinfection shall be carried out.(b) A penal recovery of Rs. 200/- for each complaint per day shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor in case the complaint is not attended and line is not cleaned within 24 hours since ordered. Decision of AGE shall be final and binding in this regard. (c) Necessary tools and plants required for removing blockage shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

25Cleaning of septic tank by removing entire sludge (any form) from existing septic tank of capacity 100 to 150 users in foul conditions including other foreign materials etc viz sediment, sand ,ash, silt, roots or vegetation etc by mechnical means, cleaning the septic tank with water and removing the foul sludge outside the MD land, burying under ground, carrying out necessary disinfection where sludge is deposited and covering the same with soil complete all as specified and as directedNote : Necessary tools and plants required shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
26Cleaning of septic tank by removing entire sludge (any form) from existing septic tank of capacity 200 to 250 users in foul conditions including other foreign materials etc viz sediment, sand ,ash, silt, roots or vegetation etc by mechnical means, cleaning the septic tank with water and removing the foul sludge outside the MD land, burying under ground, carrying out necessary disinfection where sludge is deposited and covering the same with soil complete all as specified and as directedNote : Necessary tools and plants required shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
27Cleaning of septic tank by removing entire sludge (any form) from existing septic tank of capacity 300 users in foul conditions including other foreign materials etc viz sediment, sand ,ash, silt, roots or vegetation etc by mechnical means, cleaning the septic tank with water and removing the foul sludge outside the MD land, burying under ground, carrying out necessary disinfection where sludge is deposited and covering the same with soil complete all as specified and as directedNote : Necessary tools and plants required shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
28Cleaning of manholes (other than those covered under item No. 23 and 24 above) in foul conditions, of any size and any depth by taking out entire sludge, soil etc mechanically or manually and removing the same to a distance upto 5 Km outside of MD land and burried under ground, carrying out necessary disinfection where sludge is deposited including removing and refixing the manhole covers etc in foul conditions complete all as specifed and as directed. Notes : (a) A penal recovery of Rs. 200/- for each complaint per day shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor in case the complaint is not attended and line is not cleaned within 24 hours since ordered. Decision of AGE shall be final and binding in this regard. (b) Internal size of manhole and depth of sludge only shall be measured and considered for payment.
29Labour only for removing blockage of WC (Indian or EWC), urinal, bath and kitchen, gully trap including cleaning of pan, floor trap and removing blockage of down pipe upto 1st manhole in foul conditions complete all as specified and as directed.Notes : - (a) The item shall be operated on demand/complaint of users and shall be executed on specific written direction of JE/AGE .(b) All written docket shall be serially numbered, jointly signed including the user with bldg./Qtr No and entered in MB for the purpose of measurement and payment.(c) A penal recovery of Rs. 200/- for each complaint per day shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor in case the complaint is not attended and line is not cleaned within 24 hours since ordered. Decision of AGE shall be final and binding in this regard. (d) Document in support of satisfatory completion from user of each complaint shall be preserved by contractor and submitted for verification to Engineer-in-charge.(d) Necessary tools and plants required for removing blockage shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
30M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to manholes, rendering, cutting out existing benching & forming branch channel ( ½ round or ¾ section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, smooth finished for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
31S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or rivetted, or forged into spikes, framed guared bars, barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-165 including dismantling of old mild steel work all as specified and as directed.
32M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
33M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors and pavings complete all as specified and as directed.
34M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc 63 mm of broken stone or boulder, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.
35Dismantling kota, granite, cudappah stone slabs and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified and as directed.
36M&L for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge, cement concrete paver blocks of M-40 grade (glossy/ rubber matt finish) of approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed
37M&L for precast cement concrete coloured chequered tiles with glossy finish of size 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick/30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.
38M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.Note: Color and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge
39M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces as in dado of size 450mm x 300mm x 6-7 mm thick, set and jointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, on other than fair faces of brick work etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.
