(b) The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and conforming to IS:335 of 1993 for oil and IS: 1180 Part -I of 2014 for transformer and comprising of followings:- (i) One No cable box on LV side (secondary side) consisting of 04 Nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods and another cable box on HV side (primary side) consisting of 03 Nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods etc complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc.(ii) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(iii) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking(iv) Dehydration silica gel breather assembly with first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal.(v) Explosion vent with diaphragm complete.(vi) Thermometer pocket on tank cover.(vii) Dial type thermometer vapour pressure having range 0-120 degree C with max reading pointer max temp indicator and resetting device.(viii) Rating plate with terminal marking. |
