Note : Rate including the cost of cleaning of manhole / chamber and its adjoining sewer line, dewatering, if required including removing of manhole/chamber cover and keeping the same back in position will be made for each cleaning of manhole. |
| 7 | Labour work for attending and rectifying day to day plumbing/carpentary maintenance complaints by engaging a plumber/carpenter for the job, for various staff quarters. The rate is inclusive of all T&P required, scaffoldings, jhula, ladder etc., and all necessary safety measures for working on external surface. All materials required for maintenance works shall be paid in separate item. The complaints shall be attended at once during working hours or at any time as per requirement. No transportation charges will be paid for attending the complaints at various locations under Noida BA. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
