| 1 | OD65620/2026-2027:Charges for operation and maintenance of 320KVA , 500KVA,750KVA DG set and 1 No 500KVA , 2 Nos 1000KVA transformer installed in the Substation at MCH Vandanam , which shall include recording of necessary parameters of HT& LT Side of all Transformers round the clock, Checking of condition of all equipments when the commencement of all shift and enter the same in log book & operators diary, Checking the condition of inverter system & discharge the battery of the inverter system once in a week, Record the diesel level of all DG set correctly in the log book, avoid the storage of any other foreign material in the control room, switch off the street light feeder in the early morning & switch on the same in evening, Check the condition of four pole 11 KV structure near to the control room, maintain the proper shift handing over system in the operators diary, avoid the entry of trespassers to the control room, conducting trial run of the all DG set at least 5 minutes during commencement of first shift ,Load testing of all DG set at least 5 minutes two times in a week, operating the DG set during the period of power failure. Checking the coolant level in the radiator ,oil level, cleaning the battery terminal apply Vaseline as and when required. Checking the level of distilled water in the battery , cleaning the control panel board and checking the condition of the MCCB , ACB, VCB,SDF,Fuse links etc .Checking the condition of transformer , DG set panel board etc and rectifying minor complaints as and when they arrives and report the major complaints to the department in time and maintain the substation in perfect working condition by engaging not less than 3 ITI holder in Electrical Engineering per day. The duty staff shall be Engaged round the clock operation of the system and all the necessary log book for Transformer and generator has to be provided and record the parameter as per instructions |
