Supply Of supply & installation of attendant compartment sliding door , supply & installating of mounting arrangement of auto sliding door for entrance to ac area for ac chair car (wjcc) and supply & installation of set of door for sleeper car (wjc) , supply & installation of set of door for ac sleeper car (wjc). note: safety c lause must be followed according to annexure-a of dy.cple-ii l.no.rcf/emp/1 dated 01.04 .2025. colour shade to be followed as per design l. no. md21862 dated 11/12/2025. note-: applicable conditions of installation as per joint note l.no. rcf/plg/mp/fu/misc/26-023 da ted 11.08.26., as per drawing: bae56001 alt nil without item no. 1,2 & 3., packing instruction: pi 042 ver 3.0 (1) drawing no. icf/j&t/misc-2487 alt. `b? to be followed. (2) it should be ensu red that item should not rub during transportation. the item should be packed with ad equate strength. transit damage, if any, shall be at the cost of supplier.for underfram es: both (1) & (2) to be followed as stated above.for other items except underframes: o nly (2) need to followed. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , supply & installation of mounting arrangement of auto sliding door for e ntrance to ac area for ac chair car (wjcc) coach of bangladesh railways. colour shad e to be followed as per design l. no. md21862 dated 11/12/2025. note-1: minor modificati ons whichever may come during prototype & installation will be in the scope of supplie r. note-2: safety clause must be followed according to annexure-a of dy.cple-ii l.no.rc f/emp/1 dated. 01.04.2025. note-3: applicable conditions of installation as per joint note l.no. rcf/plg/mp/fu/misc/26-023 dated 11.08.26., as per drawing: bze56001 item 4 & 5, packing i nstruction: frp ceiling sheet/side wall panels/frp componentself adhesive biodegradable plastic lamination sheet to be provided on each component. projected metallic parts t o be protected with plastic/nylon/frpcaps/proper wrapping of biodegradable bubble sh eet from all the sides. each component to be packed in biodegradable bubble sheet all around with proper tapping & then to be placed in cardboard box followed by 3 nylon strips tightened from both sides. then collective packs of components to be packed in wooden cage made from wooden strips of size 100x20mm & gap between each strip shou ld not be more than 100mm.on the wooden crate base 3 wooden pegs of size100x100mm ( along the length) to be provided for ease in handling with fork lifter.all loose items of a set to be packed separately in cardboard box with list of loose items pasted on ea ch box and collective packs of item to be packed in wooden cage made from wooden . r oof ceiling (having curved surfaces) in addition to above packing should be stacked on a metallic frames before packing in the wooden boxes. one package should not contain material belonging to more than one coach set & grouping should be preferably of sim ilar sizes. also packing should have indication like 1/4,2/4 etc. ( e.g. four packings will make one coach set) so that one complete coach set can be easly identified. the maximu m weight of the wooden crate should not bemore than 200 kgs. a list should be pasted on each wooden crate showing order no, pl no. description of item,drg no/spec no/set list no. with version, qty, firms name & address,date of despatch etc. [ warranty period : 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , supply & installation of attendant compartment sliding door for bangladesh railways. colour shade to be followed as per design l. no. md21862 dated 11/12/2025. note-1: safety clause must be followed according to annexure-a of dy.cple-i i l.no.rcf/emp/1 dated 01.04.2025. note-2: applicable conditions of installation as per joi nt note l.no. rcf/plg/mp/fu/misc/26-023 dated 11.08.26. note-3: minor modifications which ever may come during prototype & installation will be in the scope of supplier, as per dr awing: bje56001 alt nil item no. 3, packing instruction: lhb doors (body side door and saloo n sliding door ) : lhb doors to be wrapped in biodegradable bubble sheet and to be pac ked in wooden box made of planks of minimum 20mm thick. the wooden boxes to be stre ngthened along the length at four places with wooden strips of 40x100mm suitable le ngth all around the box. a list should be pasted on each wooden crate showing order no,pl no, description of item,drg no/spec no/set list no with version,qty,firms name & a ddress,date of despatch etc. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ]
