| 24 | HVAC SystemThe entire temporary structure shall be provided with a suitably designed Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system capable of maintaining a comfortable indoor environment throughout the event period. The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted operation, routine maintenance, and immediate rectification of any faults in the HVAC system during the event days as mentioned above.We suggest the air conditioning unit model and the desired location, as needed, per the bidder's choice. However, the shed should be well-ventilated with fresh air exchange, and the temperature should be maintained uniformly throughout the shed at 22 ± 2 °C.
