| 1 | Cleaning of blockage of WCs, bathroom, gully traps, floor traps etc blockage sewage line up to first manholes including cleaning /washing the area and refixing the gratting of trap etc on a daily basis as and when received the complain from users complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Cleaning of blocked sewage line of 100/150 mm bore pipe by using bamboo sticks or MS rods and revolving with rope inside the sewer line between two manholes and cleaning the sewer lines with fresh water including taking out sludge complete all as specified and as directed . |

| 4 | Material & Labour for taking out sludge including eflluent from septic tank/ manhole/digestion chamber/soakage well, mechanically or manually and disposed off the sludge to a distance exc 1.50 Km but n exc 5.00 Km, burried the waste /sludge into pits including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the waste sludge complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Cleaning the grease trap including inspection chamber and getting out sludge by mechanical equipment or manually and other accumulated materials complete and including refiling the water and disposal of sludge to distance exc 1.5 Km but nexc 5.0 Km complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Emergency complaints should be rectify within 24 hours .(b) The Volume of sludge shall be measured only after it drained out . |
