Supply Of supply of liquefied petrolium gas. , liquefied petrolium gas (lpg) for metal cutting gas as per is:4576/1999 (reaffirmed 2009) filled in 1 9 kg capacity firms cylinder on door delivery basis as and when required by sse/c&w/ed. the cylinder will be ret urned as and become empty, by railway to firm and the empty cylinders to be collected by the firm, (1) the lpg sh ould be delivered at the door step of the consignees as and when required by the consignees in returnable firm own ed 19 kg cylinders. railways cannot supply the cylinders during initial supply,(2) minimum of 2 cylinders of 19 kg ca pacity each to be stocked at the consignees premises at all times for uninterrupted work, (3) delivery to be made within 12 hours on receiving request from the consignee, (4) the material shall be suitably packed to avoid distorti on damage etc. during transit.
