3Fabrication,Providing and fitting of MS Pipe for rising main of Size 800mm (probable Dia) of thickeness 7 mm to be connected with the delivery side of pump (40Mtr), The Job includes fab of Y Junction, Increaser with requisite flange to connect the pump outlets with the 800 mm dia Rising main and the pipes are connecting by end to end welding up to delivery chamber. . The job also includes fabrication of bends and offsets as per the site requirement/land profile and painting of Y Junction and rising main in two coats of metal primer and synthetic paint.
4Design Supply installation testing and commissio 05 Ton OHT Crane to be installed inside the pump house. The job further includes providing/Fitting of other allied support Includes ISMB400 for Bridge Girder,ISMB250 for supporting rails, channels,32mm Sq.bar for traveling of end carriages,End carriages and gear and puppy system for providing different directions of the gantry. The job further includes providing of U clamps , Bulldogs grips etc as per requirements. the job further includesProviding and installation of 5-ton x 6 m lift heavy duty chain pully block along with monorail. Total Steel weight(1.686MT) includes ISMBeams, Channels, sq bars etc.
5Voltage stabilizers: Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of 400 KVA copper wound, oil cooled , Manually operated Voltage stabilizer ( complete Oil Filled) suitable for output voltage of 415 Volt +/-1%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, as mentioned below. The stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is balanced between phases within range of 10%. The stabilizer should be constructed in cubical box, with bi-directional wheels for easy handling, necessary monitors and user's controls on front and user's controls on front panel such as indication, alarm, voltmeter and selector switch for measuring input and output voltage, Manual selector switch, etc. Suitable capacity termination strips and bus bars for incoming and outgoing cable should be provided. All three phases shall be independently monitored and corrected. Following protections and indications shall be incorporated over voltage / under voltage, Single Phasing Cut off contactor with electronic output sensing unit.

The job shall include providing and crimping of 300 sq.mm Aluminium lugs at all cable terminations/ connections.
9Insulating Mats:Providing and laying at site of high Voltage antiskid insulating rubber mat 3 mm thick for floor covering around Electro-mechanical gadgets for safe guarding life and limb of workmen due to possible leakage of current and short circuiting. 11Earthing:Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and 20mm GI (medium class) watering pipe 2.7 meter long, funnel etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
12Transformer:Supply/Installation/ Erecting/Testing and Commissioningof 400 KVA outdoor type copper wound distribution transformer 11000/ 440 Volt , Level-II (as per amendment no.4 to IS 1180 (Part I : 2014) continuously rated for 3 Ph, 50 Hz, at full load and temp. rise not exceeding 45º C by thermometer in oil and 50ºC by the resistance in winding after continuous run resistance in winding at full load rating, the transformer full load rating, the transformer should have oil immersed winding having vector group DY 11, HT side connected in Delta and LT side connected in Star with neutral brought out connected to provided separate earthing. The transformer shall have power terminal arrangement, bushings / cable end box on HT side and cable end box on LT side. The Job further includes Fabrication, erecting of Steel Transformer Bed of size 6x8 feet fabricated out of ISMB200/150 ,ISMC 100, 8mm thick chequired plate,fixing of transformer bed legs in cement concrete and other angles if required Approx. weight (900 Kgs). . The job further includes painting of poles ,channels, crosses etc in metal primer (01 coat) and two coats of silver paint and job includes installation of earthing station by way of electrodes , GI strips, Baby clamps etc .
13Supply installation testing and commissioning of PVC 95 Sqmm Cu conductor to fitted inside the pump house connecting the internal Gadgets VIZ Panel, Motor,Starters etc. The Job includes providing of Requisite copp[er Lugs and To be fitted in a manner way Like providing of Cable try etc.
14Providing and fitting of Ductile Iron 800 mm Dia ,both side flanged Non Return Valve/Reflex Valve to be installed on the deleivery lines at the formation of V junction. The Job includes of P/F of requisite flanges on both sides ,gaskets ,nuts and bolts in order to allign with the rising main The Specification should satisfy IS:14846 standards with a PN 1.0
15Illumination of pump house by way of P/F of 50W LED Flood lights in 1.5 sqmm PVC copper wire fitted in PVC conduits -(06 Nos) , including P/F of heating points ( 03 Nos) in 2.5 sqmm PVC copper wire in PVC conduit , P/F lighting point inside pump house in PVC conduit of 7W LED Lamps ( 04Nos). The job includes all accessories viz Switch board,Switches,MCBs, Main panel board required as per site requirement.
