Name of Work:- Installation of damaged and missing fitting at Manimajra Ward No. 5 and 6, Chandigarh.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Supply and Erection of steel tubular pole 410 SP-6 conforming to IS-2713-1980, (Part 1 & II) having over all length of 7.5 Mtr and welded in 3 steps and having approximate Wt.92 Kgs with the followings:- a) The poll shall have cross-sectional length of 4.50,1.5,1.5 Mtrs.,b) The out side dia and thickness shall be 114.3x5.40mm, 88.9x4.85mm and 76.1x3.25mm.c) The pole shall be erected 1.25mtrs. below the ground level in 8” internal ready made RCC muff. The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with the cement concrete 1:2:4.d) The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work. e) The bottom portion of the pole shall be painted with two coats of black paint after removing the dust/rust.The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
2SUPPLY AND ERECTION OF G.I. PIPE BRACKET 32MM DIA 3’’ CANOPY O/H Double ARM:-Supply and Erection of 3’ over hang bracket S/A made of G.I. pipe medium class ISI Marked with the following specifications of Make Tata/ Jindal/ Hissar or Ravindra. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.1. The bracket shall be made by G.I. pipe of 32mm dia with an angle of inclination of 105 degrees to the vertical.2. The 2” dia G.I. pipe shall be welded to 3” dia G.I. pipe canopy at a distance of 2” from top end & top end of canopy shall be closed with 14 GMS sheet to avoid entry of rainwater in S.T. poles.3. The bracket shall be slipped over the top section of the steel tubular pole and fixed with 2 Nos. of ½” dia nuts and bolts suitable to hold the pipe absolutely tight in positions.4. Triangular 14 GMS sheet pieces of 6” diagonal shall be welded between two pipe.5. The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Engineer in Charge before installation at the workshop where these are fabricated.
3Supply and Erection of round shape bracket made out of G.I. pipe 40mm dia as per drawing i.e. inner dia of the round bracket should be 1.5 meters. The pipe ring shall be supported with four No G.I pipe supports welded at the centre with a conopy shaped pipe of size 5” dia and 0.45 mtr long to be erected on the top of the pole for supporting the fittings. The round Bracket and conopy shall be joined together in such a way that it shall give a symmetrical look. The job includes the drilling of sufficient number of holes in the bracket to erect the fittings and all material i.e. painting, grinding, welding, fabrication, drilling, nuts and boalts etc to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
4Supply & Erection of PVC Insulated sheathed) Copper Conductor Cable ISI marked size 3 core 1.5 mm2.Supply & Erection of ISI Marked PVC insulated 3 core 1.5mm2 cable of Copper Conductor (Sheathed) make Cetrina Lapp/ Polycab/ Havell's/ left bare in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe/pole etc. (i) Cable size 3 core 1.5 mm2 Copper Conductor 1100 Volts Grade. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
5Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 16 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminium armoured cable loose in trench/pipe:-Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 16 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable (PVC Sheathed) of make Sunhome/ Havells/ Cirtina/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Polycab/ KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable to be laid in trench/ pipe as per DSR Code 7.5.1/2022 MV CB PIP-25 Part-II (External). The cable should be terminated existing/ new cc collar with proper thimbling. The job included all Connections, Commissioning and testing of phase supply Material Testing report to be submitted and material to be supplied at site after confirmation from Engineer-in-charge. The specification of the cable as below:- i) Conductor – Aluminumii) Core – 4iii) Working Voltage – 1100 Viv) Nominal Cross Section – 16mm2 v) Minimum No. of Wire – 7/6vi) Insulation Thickness – 1.0mm (Nominal)vii) Inner Sheath Minimum Thickness – 0.3mm viii) Outer Sheath Minimum Thickness – 1.40mmix) Nominal size of Armoured Wire/Strip – 4x0.8mmx) Approximate O.D. – 22mmMaximum d.c. Resistance at 20 Deg. C – 1.91 ohm/kmThe work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
6Supply & Laying of DWC pipe 51/63mm with hand bockey:- Supply and Laying of pipe (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) With Hand Bockey High Density Polyethylene pipe ISI marked (HDPE Density 240 to 958 KG/Cm3) having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall with average wall thickness for outer layer as 1.1+0.1mm and for inside layer 1.2+0.1mm maintenance free, ‘C’ value over 150 with lowest frictional losses, good weathering resistance, with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930/ IS 16205 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (depth as per the direction of Engineer in charge or upto 75 cm below ground level or cutting the road & laying) including excavation and refilling the trench but including sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required and PSEN-50086 (P-I & II) of Make Gemini, Rex, Duraline. The entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work.
7Supply & Laying of DWC pipe 51/63mm without hand bockey:- Supply and Laying of pipe (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Without Hand Bockey High Density Polyethylene pipe ISI marked (HDPE Density 240 to 958 KG/Cm3) having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall with average wall thickness for outer layer as 1.1+0.1mm and for inside layer 1.2+0.1mm maintenance free, ‘C’ value over 150 with lowest frictional losses, anti rodent, inflammable & good weathering resistance, with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75cm below ground / road level by digging the ground for cutting the road/ paver blokcs upto required level and laying of DWC pipe for laying LT upto 1.1 KV grade) cables extra including excavation and refilling of digging including sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required and PSEN-50086 (P-I & II) of Make Gemini, Zen, Duraline, Crescent, Sunrise. The entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work.
8G.I. Earth pipe electrode without salt/ Charcoal: DSR 5.2/2022 Supply and laying of earth electrode made out of ISI marked 'B' class earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40mm dia including accessories, G.I. pipe electrode shall be cut tapered at the bottom, and provided with holes of 12mm dia, drilled not less than 7.5 cm from each other upto 2 Mtr. of length from bottom (without charcoal or coke and salt). The earth electrode shall be laid in ground after boring as per CPWD specifications complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
9P/F 6 SWG GI earth wire in pipe: DSR 5.12/2022 Providing & laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode, as required.
10S/E of Collars of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made from cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia 16”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the group upto 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 12” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box.c) The collar shall be provided with 2 G.I. Pipe of 40mm dia and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the junction box after digg out the cable loops from earth complete in all respects, connetions etc.d) The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of snowcem of superior quality.e) Providing and Fixing junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement. The existing ckt cable loops be made properly connection after digging from the earth and refilling the same position. There should be a terminal Strip (Thimble type) 30 amp, one no. Kitkat, rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminum cable termination. The sheath of the armoured cable should be properly thimbed with the pole for proper earthing. Curing of CC Collar must be done as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect.
11PAINTING & NUMBERING OF POLES 7.5/9 MTR. LONG: -Painting of poles above ground level with two coats of black paint of Nerolec/ Asian/ ICI duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The pole surface should be cleaned well by removing dust/ rust & other depositions & smoothened with the sand paper/Iron brush & proper filling be made before painting. For numbering of poles the base should be painted with yellow and the number should be written in black letters of 3” in length. The Cement collar around the pole should be painted with two coats of good quality white colored snowcem. The cost includes painting of Danger Sticker in Existing Street Light Poles. The Danger sign's shall be written on each pole on it's two sides with red paint on yellow base to be show to warning about hazard as threats which are essential to safety for General PublicThe job includes the cost of paint of existing Junction box cover with Red paint and any other petty material require to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
12Supply and Erection of Angle Iron of bracket of 3' long made out of Angle Iron of size 35x35x6 & fixed on top of G.I. pipe (0.5m) long 4\\" dia angle to support the bracket complete in all respect with suitable clump and nuts/bolts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
13Wall Bracket:- S/E of 32mm dia x 1m long G.I. Pipe (Medium Class) Pole Arm/ Bracket for mounting LED Street Lighting/Fitting on pole including bending the pipe of the required shape (90 to 105 deg), 2 nos. required size (suitable for cemented and circular pole) Flat Iron Clamps with Nut, Bolts and Washer. G.I. Coating/ Painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint as per relevant tender specifications. The bracket is to be fixed on wall with the help of MS clamps including welding and drilling of holes and complete in all respect including labour and other petty items required to complete in all job unto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The make the G.I. pipe should be of Tata/Jindal/Hissar or Ravindra.
14Supply & laying PVC insulated Aluminum Conductor armoured ISI Marked cable of 2 Core 10 mm sq in Trench/Pipe. Supply & laying of ISI marked 2 core 10 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable of make Havells/ Finolex/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Cirtina/ Sunhome/ Polycab/ KEI/ Panasonic conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable shall be laid as per DSR Code 7.1 MV CBPIP (external). The job included all Connections, Commissioning and testing of phase Supply complete in all respective to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. 15Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Polycarbonate Junction box shall be insulated and made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced. The size in mm should not be less then 155 x 210 x 92 cat. Part no KF1616. The Polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Jb shall be rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66/67 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The JBs shall be comples with requirements of the Standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60998-2-1, IEC 60670 - 22 & 60670 - 2.5. The manufacturer of Junction Box shall submite a copy of IEC Certificate. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-11, DIV VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested and Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. The Terminal connection should be fixed for incoming and outgoing cable entry. The box shall be Hensel/ Siemens/ Schneider/ ABB or its equivalent make only. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for CJB/ PJB. The job includes Supply and fixing of MS clamp of reqd. size. The clamps is to be fixed on the backside of the box including welding/ drilling of holes complete in all respect and to be fixed on LT- RCC/ Steel tubular pole at as certain height upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
16S&E of Mouled Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) of rating 63 Amp with Breaking Cap 16 kA, 415 Volts.Supply & Erection of 3 pole, 16 kA, 63 Amp MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting having Ics 75% of Icu. The MCCB is to be fixed in the feeder pillar complete in all respects. The MCCB should be make Havells/ ABB/ L&T/ Legrand/ Schneider. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

18S&E of Outdoor type both side with L-key lock arrangement openable M.S. Cubical Pedestal of size 1200mmx 900mm x350mm fabricated from 16 G.M.S. sheet welded on M.S. angle iron frame of size 50mmx 50mm x6mm with 4 Nos. legs of angle iron of same size each of length 600mm with M.S. sheet of size 100mm x 100mm x 6mm thick at the bottom of the legs. The front side and the back side of the pedestal should be openable with hinged door provided with Godrej type locking arrangements. A 'U' type support made from M.S. sheet of 16 G having width 75mmx 6mm be welded vertically in the inner side of the door to avoid entry of water. The door of the pedestal should be provided with rubber gasket to avoid entry of other insects etc. The top of the pedestal shall be covered with canopy made out of 16 G M.S. sheet projected outside to avoid entry of water. Four No. supporting members each of size 50mm x 6mm thick according to cubical size shall be welded for mounting switcher gear i.e. ICTPN, BBC, Timer and energy meter etc. The Pedestal shall be painted with two coats of P.O. red paint after applying one coat of red oxide. One No. The legs of the pedestal shall be embedded in the 1:2:4 C.C. mixture by digging 1' deep pit of 1' dia. The letter 'M.C.C.' in 4\\" size shall be written on the front door of the Pedestal. The job also included supply and erection one no. wooden plank/ board of size 1’-6’’ x 1’-6’’ and 25mm thick suitable for fixing energy mater including cost of screw, nuts and bolts in cubical pedestal complete in all respect. The pedestal will be housed on RCC foundation, Snowcem and platform of size 900mm deep (450mm underground and 450 mm above ground x 960 mm long x 410 mm wide including sufficient number of DWC pipe size of 51/63mm pieces to facility to entire the main cable and the circuit cable. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
19Supply & Erection of Three Phase Aluminum Bus BarSupply & Erection of Three Phase Aluminum Bus Bar of size 300mmx 25mmx 5mm with L type fuse unit to be fixed on Porcelein insulators in the existing pedestal with required nuts, bolts & M.S. sheet. The fuse links should be equal to the number of outgoing circuits. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Supply & Erection of Three Phase Automatic Timer and Contactor assembled in 22 gauge CRCA sheet enclosure duly powder coated with the following accessories (Three Phase) of Make Amsons/ L&T/ Schenider or equivalent as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. It shall conform to latest relevant IS Code:-1. It shall have 3 contactors of capacity 40 Amp. each of made BCH, Legrand, L&T or Siemons. The contractor should be of AC-3 duty 2 pole, 220/240 V coil Voltage.2. It shall have Auto/Manual switch, light activated switching system with allied accessories as required. 3. It shall have kit-kat fuse unit of 40 Amp capacity. The fuse unit shall conform to latest relevant IS code for protection of timers, bakelite sheet & other components as per requirement as site. 4. It shall be housed in a powder coated 22 gauge M.S sheet cabinet for its protection. 5.The device shall be provided/fixed in the existing pedestal box in such a way so that it operates at correct time i.e. at rising/setting of Sun. The Sensor shall be included time watch to operate as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Warranty:- IT SHOULD STAND WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR TOWARDS ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
