| 6 | Supplying and laying concealed plumbing lines:- Providing, cutting, fixing, testing and commisioning concealed waterlines of 20mm diameter using C-PVC threaded pipe of SDR 11 including all the necessary specials like elbows, tees, couplings etc. All the concealed lines shall be properly fastened to the wall using GI clamps @maximum spacing of 450mm. Rate shall be inclusive of making necessary cutting and chasing on the walls to receive the plumbing lines, placing the plumbing line, properly packing using cement mortar admixed with waterproofing chemicals, pressure testing for leakage etc. Actual linear measurement shall be reckoned for payment purpose. |

The surface of the screed laid as above shall be made rough using wire brushes or brooms. | 12 | Vitrified tile flooring: Preparing the surface of the screed concrete layer / floor slab by thorough cleaning and priming with cement slurry to receive the new flooring, providing and laying flooring in the approved pattern, line, level etc., using 1200 mm x 600 mm or approved size polished vitrified tiles (antiskid tiles in balcony area) of approved make and shade over a bed of cement mortar prepared by hand mixing approved make Portland cement and approved quality M-sand in the ratio 1: 4, laid, spread and consolidated to get an average consolidated thickness of 20 mm. The tiles shall be set with a floating layer of grey cement slurry and using 3mm spacers, the joints shall be pointed with epoxy grouts of approved make and quality to match with the shade of the tiles. The rate shall include curing, cleaning of the finished work, all leads & lifts etc required for the finished work all as directed by the Bank’s Engineer. (Basic rate of tiles to be considered- Rs. 750/- per Sqm excluding GST. No carriage/ transportation will be considered for the basic rate adjustment.
