The coils shall be wound in copper wire of proper gauge, pitch and grade.Cooling: - The Servo voltage stabilizer shall be completely filled with “A” grade T-oil up to top to immerse coils, and connections etc.CONTROL:-AutomaticVoltage correction Time: - 20 to 35 volts per sec.Panel: - The indicating panel shall be fitted on top side of Servo voltage stabilizer fabricated out of suitable thickness MS sheet dully painted and fitted on the top cover through nuts and bolts and fitted with voltmeters with selector switch and Phase indicators.Enclosure:- The whole assembly shall be enclosed in M.S. tank of suitable thickness ,floor mounted with four number caster wheels .The tank shall be painted in two coats of enamel paint. The job includes P/F of drain plug also. |

The job includes providing and fixing copper cable lugs, brass cable glands, interconnecting wiring/copper strip jumper connections, neutral link, and hardware required for complete bypass arrangement.
