2Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
3Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
4Constructing brick masonry Bell mouth (silt chamber type) with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 cores sand) inside size 450x500x650mm deep channel ,side wall shall be 500mm deep below channel level over which 3nos. precast C.C. Slabs of size 150x150x150mm shall be fixed to from opening of bell under the SFRC cover and frame of rectangular shape & 450mm size including bed concrete of 150mm thick 1:4:8(1cement :4 fine sand :8 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 50mm thick cement concrete of 1:2:4(1cement :2 fine sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) on the three walls of size 10cm & 65 the chamber with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3C/sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c excavation and filling etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer –in –charge.
5Constructing brick masonry manhole (silt chamber type) inside size 120 X 90X 120 CM deep with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) 15 cm thick RCC top slab with 500 mm diameter clear opening in mix 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) inside plastering 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and concrete 1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with neat cement punning inside the manhole complete as per standard design (depth shall be measured from invert level of pipe up to top of RCC slab and difference of 30 cm shall be kept between invert level of pipe and manhole including the cost of RCC manhole cover and frame 500MM dia which shall be paid separately.
6Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. butnot exceeding 300 mm dia
7Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm
8Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
9Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints exceptat sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainageopening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculatevolume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
10Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 Kms. Lead i.e. Shastri Park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge . Weighting and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures / rules of the C&D Waste plant . The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rats will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
11Laying old Red/White Sand stone 40 mm thick stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. (Old sand stone shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
12Providing and fixing gang saw cut sand stone by machine cut device as per approved shape and sixe and design and pattern of stone flooring over 20mm avg. thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand ) with joints 3mm thick filled with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 stone dust) mixed with an admixture pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar etc complete as per approved pattern, instruction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in charge. 13Providing and fixing gang saw cut sand stone by machine cut device as per approved shape and sixe and design and pattern of stone flooring over 20mm avg. thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand ) with joints 3mm thick filled with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 stone dust) mixed with an admixture pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar etc complete as per approved pattern, instruction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in charge.
