| 1 | Dismantling and removing of damaged and worn out Hastalloy seal assemblies in one Guillotine Gate of Primary Air / Secondary Air / Flue gas path. This work includes for gas cutting and removal of all bolt & nuts, duct plates, guillotine channels, guides and spring seal assembly in top, bottom and both sides of the gate by gas cutting and cleaning, grinding, cutting and gouging and edge preparation & welding and devolution of retrieved materials to stores including consumables and T&Ps. |
| 2 | Assembling and fixing of Hastalloy seal assembly in position with new one: This work includes fabrication of seal setting plates as required sizes, drilling holes (12mm dia) in the seal setting plates, cleaning, grinding, edge preparation, fixing the new Hastalloy seal assembly in top,bottom and both sides of the gate in one gate with setting plate and positioning with the gate blades and tack welding with duct, checking the alignment and full weld and checking the operation. (Hastalloy seals & MS plates are given by board at free of cost). The consumables and T&Ps are in contractor scope. |
