| 3 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Digital central controller for powering and controlling of discussion devices. The controller should have connections at rear to connect audio peripherals or conference dome cameras. The system settings such as microphone management should be configurable from software on a PC/tablet using web browser. The number of open microphones should be controllable from either the control unit itself or web based software. The controller should be able to accommodate upto 10 number of open microphones. The control unit should be capable of connecting to cameras for conference room, external wired/wireless microphone, sound reinforcement systems, audio equipment, external audio processor, telephone coupler, external recorder or computer. The control unit should have the following modes : Open mode - Participants speak by pressing their PTT button. When max no. of open mics reached the next participant is automatically waitlisted.Over ride mode - when max no. of open mics reached the first mic to be switched on is automatically switched off.
