Rate is inclusive of all T & P such as broom, phenyl, soap and naphthalene balls, toilets brush etc. 8. Agency shall fix the display board “USE OF PUBLIC TOILET IS FREE OF COST”.9. If any challan is received in this office on any day by NGT/DCC/CPCB/Local authority or any govt. agency then the same shall be born by the agency and if fails, the amount of challan shall be recovered from the bill of the agency.
