Name of Work:- Charges for Carrying of empty baby cylinder (0.1 MT capacity) from Different Distribution Zone under Malda Arsenic Area W/S Scheme (Southern Sector) within Kaliachak-I Block and Baherpur water supply scheme to authorised chlorine filling station as per availability and returning back filled baby cylinders to same site in the district of Malda under Malda Mechanical Division P.H.E Dte.

1Charges for Carrying empty chlorine baby cylinders of capacity 0.1 MT each from working site to authorised chlorine filling station including cost of loading, unloading and detention charges. (Single trip shall carry 8 to 12 nos. cylinders)
2Charges for filling of Liquid Chlorine in empty cylinders (0.1 MT each) at authorised chlorine filling station. (For 20 nos x 100 kg = 2 MT)
3Charges for Carrying back filled in liquid chlorine baby cylinders of capacity 0.1 MT from authorised chlorine filling station to working site as per availability including cost of loading, unloading and detention charges. (Single trip shall carry 8 to 12 nos. cylinders)
4Testing of empty baby cylinder before filling as per IS Standards if required. (Payment will be made on the basis of submission of testing report)
5Charges for replacement of cylinder valve, cylinder nut, cylinder spindle, cylinder cap and cylinder washer if requird including painting complete as per direction of EIC. (Payment will be made on the basis of submission of testing report)
6Add GST @ 18%
