1Comprehensive maintenance of Convocus Make (Model No:- 4 Nos Ride on type electrically operated road sweeping machine of hopper capacity 200 Ltr. having Sweeping machine width minimum 1700 mm i/e initial repairing and replace the following accessories within a month for each sweeping machine etc complete as required.
2Side Brush 4 Nos. after 210 hrs.Central brush 1 No. after 210 hrs.Filter- Oil Filter, Air Filter, Suction Filter, Hopper Filter, Dust Filter 2 Nos. after 600 hrs.Sweeping Squeeze at central brush 1 No. after 210 hrs.Sensor Calibration & testing - after 600 hrs.Brake pad, wheels alignment & balancing, chain greasing etc. - after 600 hrs.Full health checkup of machine once in a every three months i/c engineer cost of site basis. - 4 times in a yearFull machine break down cover with new part replacement (Not applicable for physical damaged of machine). - As when required Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
