| 1 | Note:- 1.The agency shall lift and remove the malba from the premises within 07 days from the date of intimation by this office. In case the agency fails to lift the malba within the stipulated period of 07 days, a penalty of ₹1,000/- per day shall be imposed for each day of delay beyond the said period.2.The lifting/removal of malba from the premises shall be permitted during the following timings:Working days: 06:00 AM to 08:30 AM and 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM.Saturday, Sunday and holidays: Throughout the day.3. The agency shall segregate and remove all materials having scrap/recoverable value from the malba/debris at site, wherever required, at the time of lifting and removal of the malba. The agency shall make all necessary arrangements for such segregation and handling. No extra payment shall be admissible to the agency on this account.4. Building rubbish/debris shall be transported and disposed of at the nearest authorized Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste Processing/Dumping Facility. The agency shall submit the receipt issued by the concerned C&D waste facility as proof of disposal.5. All other remaining waste/material shall be disposed of at the nearest authorized MCD dumping/disposal site, as identified and selected by the agency, at its own cost and without any extra payment from the Department. The agency shall also ensure that all waste is disposed of only at legally authorized disposal sites.6. The charges for disposal of malba at the nearest authorized Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste Processing/Dumping Facility shall be reimbursed to the agency on submission of the original proof of payment/receipt issued by the concerned facility. Such payment shall be subject to verification by the Department from the concerned C&D waste facility. No reimbursement shall be made without valid documentary proof of payment and satisfactory verification by the Department.7. The agency shall register its firm with the nearest authorized Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste Processing/Dumping Facility and submit documentary proof of such registration to the Department within 15 days from the date of award of the work. Failure to comply with this requirement shall be treated as a breach of the conditions of the work.8. Malba may be available at different locations in the premises of Vikas Sadan at a time, therefore agency has to lift the malba at all locations, and nothing shall be paid extra to the agency on this account., |
| 2 | Disposal of malba such as broken furniture, fabric, foam, old plyboard, plastic, papers, glass and all other office waste material i/c segregation of material at site and loading from Vikas Sadan premises from as and where basis, transporting, unloading at nearest MCD dumping site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement for payment will be done per unit of truck, minimum size of truck should be 170.00 cubic feet.) |
