| 1 | Note :(i) Please refer Sch A/ BOQ Notes before quoting the tender for all phases/ items mentioned below.(ii) Amount of Schedule of credit shall be deducted offlineNOTE for ITEM Nos 1.10 - 5.00 : 1) The contractor shall furnish the original test certificate of every lot for conformity of the chemicals from the manufacturers at time of claiming RAR . 2) The lot chemicals shall be tested out to check its genuineness within 7 days of receipt of consignment at NABL approved lab and report shall be submitted to EIC. 3) Supply of chemical store will be delivered by contractor in AOR of AGE E/M Baiaragarh as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4) First supply will be done by contractor within 15 days of work commencement and on quarterly basis every time for 1/4 the of the qty all as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. If contractor fail to supply chemical i.e. Item No 1 , 2 , 4 & 5 in stipulated time period and 2% recovery from every RAR payment amount shall be recovered. 5) Cost of testing and transportation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate of the supply. Chemicals shall be delivered at MFPH and placed at specified locations. The chemicals shall be used only after there confirmation to the standards.6) Jar test of chemicals shall be carried out in every 1st week of Qtr and testing equipment i.e. Jar test machine , required glass jars shall be provided by contractor during contract period. Cost of testing and transportation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate of the supply. |
