| 1 | S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators ,sliding and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of partition approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading ,gaskat for glazing/ paneling,with fittings for doors with handle ,hinges including C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws,sliding sections ,rollers,handle,Hinges complete all as specified. |
| 2 | Note :-(i) Glazing/wiremesh shall be measured and paid separately.(ii) Item shall be paid as per the weight of Aluminium section however the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading glazing pins, screws, handle,roller, hinge etc which shall not be measured for arriving the weight. |
| 3 | S&F Double action floor spring and pivot hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge. |
| 4 | S&F 10 mm thick toughened glass as in partition, doors and similar works including cutting to shape drilling holes required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge |
| 5 | Supply,Fabrication and fixing in position of 18/ 19mm thick plywood grade BWR fixed with screws/fasteners including fixing and polishing teakwood beading 4mm thick to exposed sides, as in cupboards, shutters ,panelling etc including necessary fixing arrangements as directed by Engineer in Charge. |
