The rate includes octroi, Malkana, Toll Tax, Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract, which shall be payable by the Contractor. Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be excluded from the rate and shall be payable separately as per applicable rules. Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
