Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory. The OEM must provide technicians atleast two for monthly inspection, cleaning and maintenance of Solar Panels, battery etc. atleast 6 times a year for each high mast for each of the five years of warranty period and a log book of attendance of the visiting technicians in the letter pad of OEM/ authorised service provider of OEM duly signed by the authority whom the handover will be made, concerned Sub Assistant Engineer and concerned Assistant Engineer.Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory.

First six hours full light 100% intensity, next four hours with 80 % intensity and rest of the time of two hours with 50 % at lower light level with fix dimming. ix) OEM Manufacturer must have in-house NABL accredited test lab for LM79 and IS10322 type test testing facility. x) OEM manufacturer need to provide assurance for integration of Battery pack within housing and integration & functionality operation as per requirements.The OEM must provide technicians atleast two for monthly inspection, cleaning and maintenance of Solar Panels, battery etc. atleast 8 times a year for each high mast for each of the five years of warranty period and a log book of attendance of the visiting technicians in the letter pad of OEM/ authorised service provider of OEM duly signed by the authority whom the handover will be made, concerned Sub Assistant Engineer and concerned Assistant Engineer. Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory.

Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory.
22Remote monitoring for 5 years: Provision for remote monitoring for the pumps must be made in the system with an inbuilt Remote Monitoring System, integrated with MPPT charge controller and it would record the parameters at a fixed interval of 10 Minutes, Recorded data should be available in the PDF, XLS, JPED, PNG & SVG Format with the Data logging of the following parameters1. Battery: Voltage/Current/Power2. Solar PV Module: Voltage/Current/Power3. Load: ON-Off Status/Voltage/Current/Power4. Fault description5. Site Co-ordinates 6. Controller must have a back up to store the data locally (at least for 1 years) supply |& installation of GSM/GPRS based Data Transmitter or Modem and to provide remote monitoring service to transmit the parameters to central server from the solar pumping system with time stamp at user-defined interval and report generation at the buyer end. (Refer Technical Spec.)

24The periodically check up and servicing cost @ 10% of sum of the item no (01) to (07) for each Solar High Mast. The entire system should be in working condition properly during the entire defective liability period. This cost includes the necessary cleaning, check up, replacement of spare parts and necessary adjustment during the whole D.L.P through OEM. And service agreement certificate for this entire period from OEM should be submitted to the conserned E-I-C. A log book of attendance of the visiting technicians in the letter pad of OEM/ authorised service provider of OEM duly signed by the authority whom the handover will be made, concerned Sub Assistant Engineer and concerned Assistant Engineer. A declaration of warranty of High Mast for five (5) years from an OEM shall have to be submitted by the bidder through an AFFIDAVIT on Govt. Stamp Papers mandatory.
