(Charges inclusive of Consumables &T&P's). |
| 4 | Recondition of coal nozzles: Charges for reconditioning of coal nozzle including cleaning, removing of coal nozzle support wheel assembly, centre support bracket, coal nozzle top arrester plates assembly, tapping of threads at coal entry side end flange holes, tapping of threads in nozzle support stand wheel assembly holes and centre support bracket arresting base plate holes, tapping of threads in nozzle top arrester plates assembly seating face holes, metal filling in the worn out/ dented portion of divider plate and nozzle using suitable welding electrodes and other rectification works. Charges inclusive of special welding electrodes, general consumables and T&P's etc., |

| 6 | Charges for leading of coal compartment assembly and lifting of coal compartment assembly from between 27 mtr to 42 mtr elevation by chain block, inserting the coal nozzle assembly inside the wind box, cutting / grinding of obstacle in the coal nozzle inserting path, positioning the coal compartment assembly in centered horizontal, checking and correcting of all pin and matching holes with 0.5mm clearance, checking, aligning and correcting of clearance between coal nozzle and seal plate and coal nozzle tip, centering of coal nozzle tip at least 10mm clearance all around in the coal compartment, fixing of coal nozzle front support after adjusting and positioning the coal compartment assembly in the compartment and reassembling of entire coal nozzle assembly in position with completely aligned and ready to operate condition, inculding temporary scaffolding arrangement and chain block arrangement and also including drawl of new / reconditioned coal nozzle tip from NCTPS II Stores and delouting the dismantled nozzle tip to Stores.
