| 1 | Providing Annual comprehensive maintenance of complete fire sensing and Public Address System (Bosch make) installed in Block-A, GMCH, Sector-32 at Chandigarh. Under the AMC the firm shall provide preventive maintenance service of the system. The service must be carried out weekly and the complaint call must be attended by the firm in addition to the general maintenance within two hours from the time of such calls. During maintenance period the firm is fully responsible for cleaning, dusting of complete system and to keep the system in working condition all the time including cost of replacement of defective equipment/ components.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.1) |
| 2 | Supply, installations, testing and commissioning of intelligent multisensor detector with integrated fault isolator/ isolator base. The intelligent multi criteria detector shall have integrated fault isolator/ fault isolator base as per NFPA style 7 to make ensure complete system working without losing any detector in case of cable fault. Be an addressable device that is designed to monitor a minimum of photoelectric and thermal technologies in a single sensing device. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.2) |

| 8 | Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of batteries of the following capacities after dismantling the old / defective batteries from the site. The job includes the cost of making connection of new battery with suitable rating copper wire, thimbles & any other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The batteries should be of Exide / Amaron / Tata Green / Panasonic make only. The guaranteed period of new battery shall be one year against any manufacturing defect from date of handing over to the department and the guarantee card of the battery shall have to be submitted before installing the same at site. |
