| 1 | Supply, installation, implementation, integration, commissioning, and 3 (three) years' operation, maintenance & OEM-backed technical support of the Enterprise Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) Solution, for 40,000 (Forty Thousand) endpoints, complete in all respects and inclusive of:(a) EDR endpoint licenses, inclusive of 3-year OEM subscription, updates, patches, and threat-intelligence feeds;(b) supply, installation and commissioning of all server/infrastructure required for the EDR Central Management Console (EDR Security Center, Database Server, File-Server, and any other supporting hardware/software), sized and scalable to accommodate up to 50,000 endpoints at no additional hardware/infrastructure cost;(c) all implementation services, namely Planning & Design (HLD/LLD), Base-Build/Configuration, Pilot Testing, and Production Rollout;(d) integration with CAG's existing SIEM, SOC, UEM, IAM, Firewalls and other security infrastructure;(e) training and knowledge transfer for CAG's administrators and security team; and(f) all other obligations of the Bidder/OEM under the Scope of Work, Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Terms & Conditions of the RFP.
