2Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of VRV / VRF Air Conditioning System (4 HP ODU) – Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of inverter type air-cooled VRV / VRF Outdoor Unit of nominal capacity 4 HP (Model: RXMQ4BRV16 or equivalent approved make), complete with compatible indoor units (to be measured separately), hermetically sealed inverter compressor, air-cooled condenser, microprocessor based control system, factory charged refrigerant (R-410A / R-32), complete with all accessories. The scope includes providing and fixing of outdoor unit on suitable MS frame with anti-vibration pads, insulated copper refrigerant piping (liquid & gas lines) with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation (measured separately), refnet joints / branch selector units as required, uPVC drain piping, interconnecting power and control cabling, earthing, and all necessary accessories. The work includes nitrogen purging, pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging (if required), complete wiring, control system, testing, commissioning, and handing over of the system, all as per CPWD specifications, approved drawings, and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

7SITC of Refnet / Branch Joints for VRV / VRF System – Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made copper refnet (Y-type) joints of suitable size, compatible with VRV/VRF system, including brazing with nitrogen purging, insulation, supports, testing and commissioning complete as required.
8Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Insulated Copper Refrigerant Piping (Gas & Liquid Lines) – Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of refrigerant grade soft drawn copper piping for VRV / VRF air conditioning system, including both gas line and liquid line of required sizes, complete with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation of 19 mm thickness for gas line and 13 mm thickness for liquid line.The work includes cutting, bending, routing, brazing with nitrogen purging, providing necessary fittings, supports, clamps, sleeves, insulation taping, and protection. The piping shall be pressure tested with nitrogen, vacuumed, and commissioned as per manufacturer’s recommendations and CPWD specifications.The item includes all materials, labour, tools, tackles and consumables required for complete installation in all respects as approved by Engineer-in-Charge
9Supply and installation of ADDITIONAL REFRIGERANT PIPING KIT for split AC units, comprising of Seamless copper tubing with wall thickness as per AC manufacturer's specifications, flame retardant elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation of minimum 13mm thickness all including necessary power and control cabling.
10Supply and installation of control cable between indoor and outdoor units, including wiring, dressing, termination and testing complete as required.
11SITC of PVC Drain Piping with Insulation – Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of PVC drain piping with suitable insulation, including all fittings, accessories, supports, clamps, jointing, maintaining proper slope, and connection to drain system, complete as required.
12Supply and charging of additional refrigerant gas (R-410A / R-32) in VRV / VRF air conditioning system as required, including weighing, charging, testing and commissioning complete as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
13Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hot & Cold BEE 5-Star Rated Inverter Type Hi-Wall Split Air Conditioner ( 2TR Capacity) – SITC of inverter type split AC complete with IDU & ODU, including copper refrigerant piping with nitrile rubber insulation up to 3 m, copper power cable up to 3.5 m, drain piping, eco-friendly refrigerant (R-32 / R-410A / R-407C), wireless remote, suitable for 180–260V, 50 Hz single phase supply, capable of cooling, heating, dehumidification & air circulation, complete with all accessories. Warranty: 3 year comprehensive, 10 years for compressor.

The stabilizer shall be microprocessor controlled with SMT/PTH circuitry, having ±1% output voltage accuracy, start-up time delay protection, suitable for input voltage range of 170–270V, 50 Hz AC supply, and provided with auto-reset low/high voltage cut-off, manual reset thermal overload protection, short circuit and surge protection, complete as required.

26Buy back of existing split type room air conditioner complete with Indoor Unit, Outdoor Unit, remote control, mounting plate, outdoor stand/brackets and associated accessories, excluding interconnecting copper refrigerant piping, insulation, drain pipe and power/control cables, including careful dismantling, disconnecting, removal from site, loading, transportation and taking over by the contractor.
