| 1 | Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of EXHAUST BLOWER with Backward curved blower having 20,000 CFM capacity of total pressure of 50mmWG to be indirectly driven through an arrangement of belts and pulleys complete with base frames and motor of 15HP, the exhaust fans supplied and installed shall be of ‘Centrifugal Corrosion Resistant' type and shall be capable of delivering the design flow rate against all duct losses. The fans shall be robust in construction and suitable for continuous duty operation. It shall be mounted with ease of maintenance and shall be installed with proper vibration isolators to minimize vibration transmission to duct work and support structure. The impeller balancing shall be in accordance to VD12060, 06.3 standard. Power transmission should be from motor to impeller by means of a directly mounting the impeller on motor shaft. Motor Standard lEC three phase motors in accordance with IEC. Mounting B5 and B3 in motor-mounted (1P55) or cabinet-mounted versions. The fan shall be driven by a standard TEFC electric motor with class ‘F’ insulation and class ‘B’ temperature rise suitable for outdoor installation with IP55 protection and suitable for operation with 415V/3Ph/50 Hz electrical supply |

The Door shall be made of 4mm thick MS sheet with proper locking arrangement. The walls shall be made of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete as per satisfaction of engineer in charge.
