Starter - Supply erection, testing and commissioning of fully automatic star deltastarter including single phase cum dry running , Over current , Over voltage andUnder Voltage Protection, Digital meter showing 3 phase 3 line voltages and currents,suitable rating ( Fully automatic ) starter for the abovemotor with star delta and main contactors of AC3 rated power with over voltage andunder voltage protection , single phase preventer , motor protection relay complete4. Panel board ( suitable for operating two pump sets and one pump set at a time ) -Supply, erection and commissioning of cubic type MS fabricated dust and verminproof common control panel board consisting of 1 no. suitable capacity not less than63 - 80 A 36 KA MCCB as incomer and 2 nos of suitablecapacity MCCB as outgoing , providing suitable size Aluminum bus bar , 3nos of indicator lamps , 1 no Voltmeter with selector switch , Ammeter withselector switch etc complete the panel shall be fitted on a common base frame onsuitable foundation . The starter power contactors are also fitted in the same panel board.5. Cabling work-Supply, laying ,testing and commissioning of 4C x 16 sq.mm sizeaurmered UG XLPE Alumiminium cable for the above pump set from panel board tostarter and 2 run 3C x 6 sq.mm Copper cable from starter to motor.6. Earthing - Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthingby using suitable size pipe plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and givingdouble earthing to motor , starter, panel board etc as per IE standard7. Capacitor - Supply ,erection, testing and commissioning of APP type capacitor forthe motor get apower factor above 0.98 . The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834. including capacitorduty contactor for a rating of next level to the selected capacitor. duty contactorshould also fitted in the common panel board. and also provide 3 seperator incomerMCBs in 3 phases to the capacitor duty contactor.8. Valves - Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked double flangedsluice and Non return valves with suitable pressure rating .
