The shaft shall be manufactured to match the dimensions, material grade, and specifications of the original sample to ensure proper fitment and reliable performance. The material of the existing shaft shall be identified, and a Material Test Certificate shall be obtained from a NABL-accredited laboratory. The report shall identify the material grade and relevant chemical/mechanical properties as applicable and also submit drawing of the new shaft. |

The worn-out portions of the shaft shall be repaired by weld build-up or metalizing, as required, followed by precision machining to restore the original dimensions.
