| 1 | Manufacture, Supply, Installation and commissioning and testing at site 100 KVA Capacity Copper wound voltage stabilizer. The stabilizer shall be manually operated, oil cooled suitable for working on 3 phases 50+ 3% HZ AC voltage. The core shall be contained in a rectangular container made out of 3mm thick Mild Steel plate. The container shall be painted in two coats of steel primer both inside and outside and with two coats of super enamel paint of grey shade outside the container. The box shall be provided with suitable cooling pipes/fins to dissipate the heat generated. Lifting hooks of proper size for lifting stabilizer shall be provided on the top of the tank. The container of the stabilizer shall be mounted on wheels for easy shifting/positioning as and when required.Copper wire of suitable size shall be used for winding and fibre glass insulating material shall be used for insulating of copper wire. The core of the stabilizer shall be fabricated out of first class silicon 92 grade pota sheets cut to the size and then tightened securely. The stabilizer shall have suitable insulated lugs of appropriate size of cable connection.The indicating glass of the transformer oil shall also be provided on the stabilizer body.Specifications.Voltage Range = Input = 180-470 voltsOutput = 400/440 voltsTape Changer = Manually operated balance type changer of 6/8 tapings with tape position Indicator. Tape No: - 1 =Step down by not more than 50 volts.Tape No: - 2 = line voltage.Tape No: - 3-8 =These tapes shall be used to increase voltage in the range of 210 400 volts. a). Two number voltmeter 96 mm square dial flush pattern type 0-500 volts,of l&t/rishab make one each on incoming and outgoing circuits. The voltmeter shall be with fuse and selector switch for 3 phase.b). A set of indicating lamps for 3 phase complete with fusing both in primary and secondary side of the transformer.c). Red and green lamps for OFF/On display.The stabilizer shall be filled with fresh transformer oil up to the required level.All the accessories and meters shall confirm to relevant ISI standards.The job includes providing and fitting of suitable copper cable for input (50 sqmm xlpe 12m)of the above voltage stabilizer for conducting load test at site.Manufacturer,s test certificate shall be provided before the installtion of voltage stabilizer. |

The starter shall comprise of fitment of following accessories: -a) Main contactor 3 pole 250A capacity of L&T/ Schneider / Siemens make.b) Delta contactor assembly 225A capacity of L&T/ Schneider/ Siemens make.c) Auto transformer contactor assembly 140 AMP capacity of L&T/ Schneider/ Siemens make.d) Thermal overhead relays of MN series of suitable capacity of L&T make to 1 No. with allied CT’s e) Timer assembly having range of 0 to 60 sec. (BCH make)f) Single phase preventer Minilec/ L&T make.g) Auxiliary fuse of unit of suitable AMP range.h) Electrolytic copper bus bar strip of suitable size duly insulated mounted on the suitable size Bakelite insulators. i) 3 No. current transformer coil with the range of 0-500 AMPS of L&T / AE/ Rishabh make fitted to each bus bar strip connected to 96 mm sq. Flush type Ampere metre of Rishabh / AE make fitted on the door of the housing each phase shall indicate the amperage by having 01 No. selector switch fitted.j) 01 No. Volt meter 0-500 V fitted with selector actuator suitable for showing voltage on each phase.k) ON & OFF push buttons actuator of green & Red colour 0-5 AMP- 415 Volt. 50 Hz suitable for out of 30 mm dia with indicators.l) Complete internal wiring by using adequate capacity single strand copper control of reputed make and terminal strip. The wire shall be provided with plastic washers for identification of each wire at various joints. The wire shall have to be clamped properly.m) Panel(suitsble size) for holding for all the equipment shall be fabricated out of 16 SWG sheet with a hinged door at the front which shall have a proper locking arrangement, the panel shall be provided with the base frame fabricated out of ISMC-75 welded /bolted at the bottom. The panel shall have to be provided with necessary out space for fitment of meters / push buttons actuator / selectors actuators incoming and outgoing connections. The housing shall be totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof & shall have air vented and shall be painted with one coat of steel primer & two coats of super enamel paints (powder coated), applying putty & spacing or the compound.Manufacturer,s test certificate shall be provided before the installtion of starters. |
