| 1 | Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 630/800 Amps from location and repair /overhauling servicing and carrying out with the following activities as mentioned below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Inspecting / overhauling servicing of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly switch assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly.(ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system.(iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces.(iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective postion & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.(v) Cleaning all busbar by rubbing and by CRC liquid cleaner.(vi) Spraying two coat of anti track paint on CTs.(vi) Applying insulating boots for busbar and cables.(vii) S&F all missing nut bolts for panels. (viii) Replacement all rusted nut bolts. Note : (i) Spare required will be measured and paid seperately under relavant items in the schedule as supply only.(ii) Labour Charge deemed to be included in quotated rate. |

(v) The contractor solely responsible for any damage to the transformer during filtration operations. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transfomer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (vi) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration. (vii) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration. Test results shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. |
