The contractor shall follow all security rules & regulations of BARC issued from time to time and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. 13. The driver and the labourers shall work as per the instructions given by the departmental Officers. 14. Advance intimation will be given to the contractor about the requirement. 15. The Trucks along with laboureres should report at BARC hospital site /North Gate, BARC at 08:30 Hrs. 16. The normal working duty of the truck / Hydra / JCB / Dumper / Manpower will be 08 hours excluding half hour lunch break, work done for more than 8 hours will be claculated on pro-rata basis for each shift. |
