Name of Work:- ECHP-I- Overhauling, inspection and aligning the drive & driven sprocket wheel, checking the all screen plates, lifting shelves, deflector plate and inspection of wheel bearing etc., at PC-1A & 1B in PCH-I.

1Charges for Full tightness checking of 60 nos screen plates, 20 nos lifting shelves, 5 nos deflector plates, by use of torque wrench by rotating the rotary breaker in each and every rotation by using chain blocks. Complete cleaning of Rotary Breaker chain, chain breaker and checking any defect found, inspecting and aligning the support wheel. Including T & P hire charges and cost of consumables etc complete.
2Charges for Dismantling and fixing the Plummer Block top cover and checking the bearings, sleeves etc., Removing the old grease from housing and apply new grease for all wheel assemblies at PC 1A/1B.
