| 1 | Charges for loading & transporting of pulley from Central stores / TTPS to private work shop for reconditioning and transporting back the finished Pulleys and retrieved scraps to central stores. cutting and removal of worn out outer shell and end plates 2 Nos from the pulley by using cutting gas without damaging the shaft and hub, sizing of new MS plate by cutting machine and rolling to the required size Cutting & sizing, turning the shell width and machining to required dimension on the lathe, fabrication of new end disc to correct dimension by cutting the M.S. plate 25mm thick and machining the M.S. plate to get good surface finish two numbers, loading centering and machining of new 2 Nos end disc to correct dimension, loading the New EN8 shaft on the lathe and machining full length of the shaft for trueness checking - turning and step turning with micro finishing to suit plummer block seating area and hub seating area, loading the shaft in the slotting machine and forming key ways in three different locations, fabrication and machining of 2 nos new hubs to suit the end disc and the shaft locations, fabrication and machining of 2 Nos key as per required dimensions, fabrication of re-inforcemet frame by using 16mm thick M.S. plate to provide centre of the pulley, Machine the frame on both inner and outer side to position the same on outer dia of shaft and inner dia of shell, Fitting and welding the frame on inside the pulley, assembling of all the items of pulley, both hubs hot oil bathed and fitted in the shaft in hot condition, welding works in pulley shell end disc and stiffeners and shell & hub etc, pulley stress relieving and static balancing and check up including T&P's hire charges and cost of consumables etc. |
