| 1 | Charges for loading, transporting and unloading the HDN 180 gear box from site to workshop - Dismantling the top cover casing of gear box and worn out input pinion shaft with failed bearings and oil seals machining the input shaft to the required dimension and renewal of worn out bearing and oil seal by new one - Removing the 1st and 2nd intermediate stage shaft assembly and then checking the bearing & gear arrangement - Dismantling the output shaft assembly along with bearings and oil seals from its position and inspecting the shaft and accessories - Complete clearing of the casing both top & bottom bearing seating portion, and casing seating portion - Assembling the input shaft, output shaft 1st and 2nd intermediate stage with bearing and oil seals to its original position with gear arrangements by using proper fixtures and tools - after completion of work, assembling the gear box top cover casing with bottom cover casing and complete tightness checking - painting the reconditioned gear box with one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of enamel paint - Devoluting of released materials to stores - Statically balancing the shaft along with gear arrangement with proper run out and face out of the gear arrangement and checking blue matching the gear arrangement including hire charges for T & P’s and cost of all consumables etc., complete.
