1Supply, Installtion, Testing and Commissioning of air cooled ducted split type air conditioning machine with each having a capacity and details as mentioned below suitable for operation on R 32/R-410A /R-407 Green refrigerant comprising of Scroll type compressor hermetically sealed complete with automatic capacity, safety switches, lubrication system with min 5 year (OEM) warranty for both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) , Suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor having class 'B' insulation suitable for operation on 415 + 10% volts, 50 Hz, A.C. supply for Blower motor, Necessary drive arrangement for blower motor, Matching Air cooled condenser with necessary fittings for refrigerant piping connections, necessary structural support for mounting condensers, Microprocessor based control panel complete with accessories, machine Isolation / disconnect switch, valves and accessories to inter connect compressor and condenser including pressure testing, vacuum. Necessary starters suitable for Indoor & outdoor unit complete with O/L ,U/V, phase reversal protection. single phase preventors i/c copper conductor control and power cable and drain pipe of suitable size and length etc complete as required. The total cooling capacity/heating capacity of tested unit shall have a capacity as per relevant IS code. The lab testing reports as per IS: 8148 shall be submitted from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accredited as per ISO/International Electro technical Commission (IEC) 17025 standards / Central Power Research Institute (CPRI)/Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA)with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) etc. complete as per CPWD specification as required.

3Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required :

515.86 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm
6Charges for scaffolding arrangement incl. lifting for outdoor & indoor units.(G+1)
7Supplying & installation of M.S platform (for installation of ODU of 3 TR Ductable AC) fabricated with two nos MS u-channel of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm, 6 mm thick at base incl. 2 nos drilled holes, horizontal angle of 40 mm x40mm x 5 mm in four outer edges and two nos angular support from bottom portion for transmitting the load centrally including 6 nos vertical MS angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm with 25mm x 3mm MS flat for barricading the structure properly for safe maintenance. The platform will be properly grouted inside the wall after cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. and painting. Area of the platform will be 2 Mtr. x 1.2Mtr. or as per machine configuration and load with adequate service aceess as per direction of EIC. (Approximate weight 55 kG)Structural design should be approved by E.I.C.
8Dismantling existing old AC machines and respctive refrigerent pipe, wiring and send it to store.
9Dismantling, Shifting and reinstallion of of one nos 4 WAY TPNDB in wall in same floor with sutable fixing arrangement and mennding the damages to original finish and reconnection with existing system.
10Supply and fixing sheet steel enclosure suitable for housing 100 A TPN SFU on flat iron/angle iron frame on wall with nut boilts .
11Providing and fixing 415 V 100 A TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing sheet steel enclosure/existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
12Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

30S&F of 415V, 32A twin timer controller in SS double door 6-way TPNDB enclosure ( enclosure or eqv.) with S&F following electrical accessories & front door locking arrangement with all connections by finishing the ends of 4 x 4 & 2 x 4 mm² copper wire with dowells solderless socket by crimping method as to GS, earthing attachment on wall incl. necessary connections as per direction of EIC:-
