4HYDRAULIC / GAS LIFT : Dismantle and remove of defective gas lift cylinder carefully without damaging the seat or base structur and install and test a replacement of cylinder, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
5WHEEL BASE : Remove of damaged wheel base carefully without affecting the remaining chair structure. Provide and fixing of new wheel base star type and refit properly, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
6CASTOR WHEELS : Dismantle of damaged / jammed castor wheels without damaging the wheel base and replace with new castors to matching with existing and ensure smooth movement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
7TILT MECHANISM : Carefully dismantle of defective tilt mechanism without damaging the seat frame or other components and repair/ replace and adjust for proper operation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
8SYNCHRO MULTI LOCK MECHANISM : Dismantle of damaged revolving/ swivel mechanism carefully without causing damage to the existing structure and repair/ replace and ensure smooth 360° rotation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9CHAIR AUDITORIUM MODEL INTERIO (MAKE GODREJ) SEAT / BACK DRY CLEANING : Dry clean the seat/ back at site using suitable washing/ dry-cleaning chemicals, ensuring proper removal of dirt and stains without damaging the fabric or upholstery.DRYING : Properly dry the cleaned seat and backrest using a suitable dryer to prevent moisture retention and ensure the chair is ready for use.
10ARMS REST OF CHAIR AUDITORIUM MODEL INTERIO (MAKE GODREJ) : Carefully remove damaged or broken armrest components without damaging the chair frame and replace/ refit with proper fasteners, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
11RECLINER MECHANISM OF CHAIR AUDITORIUM MODEL INTERIO (MAKE GODREJ) : Carefully dismantle and remove the damaged/ defective recliner mechanism without causing any damage to the existing chair frame or structure. Repair or replace the defective mechanism, refit securely, lubricate moving parts and test for smooth reclining and locking operation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12BASE PLATE OF CHAIR AUDITORIUM MODEL INTERIO, MAKE GODREJ – REPAIR DESCRIPTION : Carefully dismantling and removing the damaged/ loose base plate of the auditorium chair without causing any damage to the existing chair frame or structure. Repairing, straightening, welding, fastners, nuts, bolts or strengthening the base plate as required, followed by proper alignment and secure refitting. Finally checking the chair for proper stability, strength and safe operation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13ALL TYPE OF COMPUTER CHAIRSSEAT : Carefully dismantle and remove the damaged seat without damaging the existing chair structure. Provide and fixing of new seat with cushion and tapestry cloth to matching with existing back and repair or replace the damaged component and refit securely, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14BACKREST OF COMPUTER CHAIR : Dismantle the damaged backrest / component carefully without affecting the supporting structure. Provide and fixing of new back seat with cushion and tapestry cloth to matching with existing seat and repair or replace the damaged component and refit securely, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
15HYDRAULIC / GAS LIFT OF COMPUTER CHAIR (MAKE EAZY) : Dismantle and remove the defective gas-lift cylinder carefully without damaging the seat or base structure, install and test a replacement cylinder, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
16WHEEL BASE OF COMPUTER CHAIR : Remove of damaged wheel base carefully without affecting the remaining chair structure. Provide and fixing of new wheel base star type and refit properly, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
17CASTOR WHEELS : Dismantle damaged/ jammed of castor wheels without damaging the wheel base and replace with new castors to matching with existing and ensure smooth movement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18COMPUTER TABLE : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged keyboard tray without causing any damage to the existing table/ desk structure. Supplying and fixing a new tray made of exterior grade MDF board including PVC lipping around all edges including necessary cutting, edge finishing, drilling and fitting. Properly installing and securing the new tray with suitable hardware and ensuring smooth and safe operation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19KEY BOARD TRAY CHANNEL REPLACEMENT / REPAIR OF COMPUTER TABLE : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged/ defective channels without causing any damage to the existing structure. Supplying and fixing of new channels of suitable size and specification including proper alignment, drilling, fastening and adjustment. Ensuring smooth operation, proper support and secure fitting after replacement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20COMPUTER TABLE TOP : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged computer table top without causing any damage to the existing frame or supporting structure. Supplying and fixing a new computer table top made of exterior grade MDF board including PVC lipping around all edges of suitable size and specification. The work shall include cutting, edge finishing, drilling and proper fixing with suitable hardware. Ensure proper alignment, stability, smooth finish, and neat appearance after installation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
21CHAIR MULTI SEATER : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged components of the multi seater chair without causing any damage to the existing frame or supporting structure. Repairing/ replacing the required components including seat, backrest, armrest, fasteners and other defective parts as necessary. Properly refitting all components with suitable hardware, ensuring correct alignment, stability, strength and smooth finish after completion, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
22CHAIR INVALID WHEELING : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged or defective caster wheels without causing any damage to the existing chair frame or base structure. Supplying and fixing of new suitable caster wheels heavy duty including proper fitting, alignment and adjustment. Ensure smooth movement, proper stability and safe operation of the chair after replacement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
23WHEEL CHAIR FOOTREST REPAIR / REPLACEMENT DESCRIPTION : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged or defective footrest of the wheel chair without causing any damage to the existing frame or supporting structure. Supplying and fixing a new suitable footrest superior quality with required brackets, fittings and hardware. Properly aligning and securing the footrest and ensuring adequate strength, stability and safe operation after installation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
24SEAT OF WHEEL CHAIR : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged or defective seat of the wheel chair without causing any damage to the existing frame or supporting structure. Supplying and fixing a new suitable seat including required cushion/ foam, leatherlite upholstery to matching with existing back, fittings and hardware as applicable. Properly aligning and securing the seat, ensuring adequate strength, comfort, stability and safe operation after installation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25BACK SEAT OF WHEEL CHAIR : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged or defective back seat of the wheel chair without causing any damage to the existing frame or supporting structure. Supplying and fixing a new suitable back seat including required cushion/ foam, upholstery to matching with existing seat fittings and hardware as applicable. Properly aligning and securing the seat, ensuring adequate strength, comfort, stability and safe operation after installation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
26ARMS REST OF WHEEL CHAIR : Carefully remove damaged or broken armrest components without damaging the wheel chair frame. Provide and fixing of new arm rest with cushion and tapestry cloth to matching with existing tapestry and replace/ refit with proper fasteners, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
27SOFA SET FIVE SEATER : Carefully removing the existing damaged/ worn-out upholstery from the sofa/ chair without causing any damage to the existing frame, foam or supporting structure. Supplying and fixing of new upholstery fabric/ leatherette of approved quality including proper cutting, stitching, fitting and finishing. Ensure neat corners, proper tension, wrinkle-free finishing and a clean, uniform appearance after completion, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
28CHANGE OF BOTTOM FABRIC OF SOFA SET : Carefully removing the existing damaged/ wornout bottom side fabric without causing any damage to the sofa/ chair frame or supporting structure. Supplying and fixing of new suitable bottom side fabric of approved quality including proper cutting, stitching, stretching and fastening. Ensure neat finishing, proper fitting, wrinkle-free appearance and secure fastening after completion, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
29CHANGE OF SOFA SET LEGS : Carefully dismantling and removing of damaged legs of the sofa/ chair without causing any damage to the existing frame or supporting structure. Supplying and fixing of new legs of suitable size, material and specification including proper alignment, drilling and secure fixing with suitable hardware. Ensure proper stability, strength, level alignment and neat finishing after installation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
30SCHOOL CHAIR WITH WRITING BOARD : Carefully dismantling and removing the damaged components of the classroom chair with writing board without causing any damage to the existing frame or supporting structure. Provide and replacing the damaged writing board made of heavy duty PTMT and other defective components as required. Properly refitting and securing all components with suitable hardware, ensuring correct alignment, stability, strength, smooth operation of the writing board and neat finishing after completion, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
31SCHOOL CHAIR WITH WRITING BOARD : Carefully dismantling and removing the damaged components of the classroom chair with writing board without causing any damage to the existing frame or supporting structure. Repairing/ replacing the damaged seat and other defective components as required. Properly refitting and securing all components with suitable hardware, ensuring correct alignment, stability, strength, smooth operation of the writing board and neat finishing after completion, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
32TROLLY FOOD ELECTRIC THERMAL : Comprehensive repair of food thermal trolley by attending to defects in heating arrangement, thermostat/ temperature control, electrical wiring and allied fittings including checking, rectification/ replacement of defective components, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
33CASTOR WHEEL : Replacement of damaged/ wornout caster wheels of food thermal trolley including removal of existing defective caster wheels and providing and fixing of new suitable caster wheels with necessary nuts, bolts and fittings, complete in all respects, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
34CHAIR, PVC ORNATE CUSHIONED : Replacement of damaged/ wornout seat and back of ornate chair including removal of existing dirty/ defective seat and providing and fixing of new cushioned seat and back of approved quality fitting and allied works, complete in all respects, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
35TABLE OFFICE OFFICERS OF SIZE 2100mm x 1800mm x 750mm : Replacement of bent/ damaged table top including removal of existing defective table top and providing and fixing of new table top as per Geeken table specifications of approved quality and suitable thickness with necessary cutting, edge finishing, fitting, fastening and allied works, complete in all respects, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
36TABLE OFFICE OFFICERSDRAWER HANDLE : Replacement of damaged/ defective drawer handle as per existing pattern including removal of existing handle and providing and fixing of new handle to matching the existing pattern with necessary screws, fittings and allied works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

38Removing of existing unserviceable torn out nylon newar from charpoy (Drawing No. FD-220) GI pipe and S&F of new 12mm thick plywood (BWR/ BWP Grade, ISI marked of size 1.95 mtr x 0.90 mtr including 03 (Three) Nos of stiffners of size 900mm x 40mm x 5mm of MS flat iron duly painted with two coats of black paint and fixed with long rail (by nut and bolt) so as to fit tightly with inner wall of both the long rail at an equal intervals to provide more strength to hard top. Necessary holes and perforation to be made in short rail to fix plywood, long rail to fix stiffner and plywood as specified in drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Screw/ check nut to be used of suitable size. Corner of plywood is to be rounded off properly. All other work to be done as specified in drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 39Taking down unserviceable broken long rails of charpoy (Drawing No. FD-220) GI pipe and S&F of new long rails of charpoy, made out of GI pipe of 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked and apporved by Engineer-in-Charge including threading at both ends, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 40Taking down unserviceable broken long rails of charpoy (Drawing No. FD-220) GI pipe and S&F of short rail (Short rail shall be made from long rail obtained from serial item No. 12.1 here-in-above) including threading both sides. The converted short rails shall be presented to Engineer-in-Charge for inspection and apporval. If during inspection, any of the converted short rails found to be not as per the drawing. Specifications or required size or if threading is found defective, the contractor shall replace the same with new one including threading at no extra cost, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
41Taking out unserviceable elbow 3 way of 32mm bore of GI for Charpoy (Drawing No. FD-220) GI pipe and S&F of new elbow 3 way of 32mm bore ISI marked as apporved, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of GI pipe : TATA / UNIK / JINDAL
42Taking down unserviceable broken check nuts of Charpoy (Drawing No. FD-220) GI pipe and S&F of new check nuts, suitable for charpoy GI pipe as apporved, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
43Taking down unserviceable legs to Charpoy (Drawing No. FD-220) GI pipe and fixing legs in charpoy (Legs shall be made from short rail obtained from serial items No.12.2 here-in-above) including threading on one side and prived one hard wood block of size 35mm x 35mm x 40mm on bottom side of each leg. The converted GI legs shall be presented to Engr-in-Charge for inspection and approval. If drawing specification or required size or if threading is found defective, the contractor shall replace the same with new including threading at no extra cost, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
44Taking down unserviceable existing legs from Charpoy (Drawing No. FD-220) GI pipe and S&Fof new GI legs duly threading one side and provide one hard wood block of size 35mm x 35mm x 40mm on bottom side of each leg, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
